My name is Catherine Boulogne and I was born in 1950. After I finished school, I practiced drawing at Atelier Frochot, at the Beaux Arts and at the Fine Art University of Paris.
Eventually, my interest turned to sculpture, of which I made hundreds that I first sold during years at artists' workshop exhibitions in Paris and Frankfurt and later in divers galleries in Paris, Brussels, Japan and Germany...
Then, I worked during several years for La Samaritaine, Les Galeries Lafayette and Salamender's shop window displays, all the while exposing my sculptures at the Grand Marché d'Art Contemporain de la Bastille (the Great Exhibition of Contemporary Art of Bastille) and in divers other galleries.
Since a few years, with the discovery of the incredible possibilities of computers, I started creating all sort of "digital paintings" and, all the while sculpting, I also discovered the pleasures of painting.
Many people have expressed their appreciation and desire for my artwork, and thus with this website, I wish to offer you this little promenade through my current artwork; sculptures, paintings and "digital paintings".
I hope you will enjoy your visit and please feel free to contact me.
